Whitehouse Productions now provides live sound support for your events. We offer 4 systems of different sizes and features to accommodate your exact requirements.
Our 3 larger systems feature quick-connect patch panels for easy, trouble free and fast set up. The smaller system does not use a fixed patch panel, so as to allow easy and immediate scale up or down for your requirements.
Special requests, such as wireless mics, lights, in ear monitors, etc, can easily be accommodated with advance notice.
Each system will require approximately 1 hour of set up time (from when equipment is loaded in and sound check can begin), so please make sure that the venue has planned accordingly. The larger systems require at least 3 separate 20 amp AC circuits, but would perform better with 4, especially if lights are being used. Please make sure the venue is aware of where these outlets are located and which outlets run on separate circuits. We have tools to determine this as well, but it will add to the set up time. It would be appreciated if space can be made for up to a 15' box truck near the load in doors. We usually plan for about 20 minutes of load in time, assuming the truck can be located near the stage/load in door. Please make us aware if the truck cannot get close to the load in door, or if the load in door is far from the performance area.
Systems are priced depending on several factors including system need and requirements, geographic location, ease and accessibility of load in, length of event, number of band changeovers for multi-band music events, etc. We would happy to try to work within your budget.
Some of the systems can be scaled upwards or down, depending on your need. We understand that no matter how great the equipment may be, you want to have enough "rig for the gig", and sometimes that means scaling down to a more visually appealing, small system when that is all that is required.
We have a staff of 5 engineers, all with high levels of experience in both corporate and live music events. In many cases, we can accommodate your preference for engineers, if you have one. We have reliable transportation and can handle multiple shows in different places, so rest assured that your event will be covered. We can usually even accommodate last minute needs, so feel free to ask!
In the event that we cannot accommodate your event due to scheduling or equipment requirements, we would be happy to refer it to one of our friendly and professional competitors. We routinely share business and equipment between competitors, which helps all involved by making sure that live events gets top quality production. We can even help with stage and tent rentals if needed.
